POLICY

BOOKINGS: At Beautopia Cosmetic Clinic, Georgina strives to provide exceptional service to all clients. To maintain the efficiency of our operations and uphold our commitment to punctuality, we have established this cancellation policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. LATENESS: To respect the time of clients and colleagues, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a late fee if there is no longer enough time to fulfill your appointment. Please contact Georgina in the event you think you may be late. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations OR rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. You may only reschedule your appointment 2 times after making the original booking. After this, you will be required to pay the (whole) appointment fee prior to your appointment when booking again. You will not be able to cancel or reschedule the appointment further, if you do not attend your appointment, your payment will be forfeited. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: Late cancellations or no-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by calling, texting, emailing or via social media during business hours. Additionally, we offer the convenience of online appointment management through our website or mobile app. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter such circumstances. REFUNDS ARE ONLY GUVEN IN EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES AND ONLY AT GEORGINA'S DISCRETION.
